Bombard Electric provided electrical, low-voltage and fire alarm installation in a design-assist capacity. Encore was constructed on approximately 20 acres on the Las Vegas Strip, immediately adjacent to the flagship property of Wynn Las Vegas. 

Bombard was the electrical contractor for the glimmering glass tower with 2,034 all-suite hotel rooms. In addition, Bombard installed all electrical components for the casino low-rise, with 72,000-square-feet worth of casino/gaming space, 60,000 square feet of additional convention and meeting space, restaurants, a nightclub, swimming pools, cabanas, a spa and salon, retail outlets, back of house operations, 1,095,000 square feet of above-grade parking and an additional 315,000 square feet of underground parking, which included a car-counting system.
